Our God truly IS an AWESOME God...the whole earth, & the whole universe, is filled with His beauty & wonders of His glorious handiworks! Thank you Mark for sharing these gorgeous pictures of a beautiful sunset, precious children, perfect lilies, & awe inspiring heavens, as a reminder. God bless your heart.
It is so easy to take for granted the beauty that God has created around us. It is ridiculous to think that it all came about by the Big Bang or through the pot luck of evolution. It makes so much more sense to believe in a creative God who loves beautiful things, and took pleasure in creating just that for us. And the reverse is true too, the more I have come to know God, the more overwhelmed I am at the beauty of his creation and the amazing detail in everything he has created. May our wonder never cease. And may it always point to and give glory to the Creator.
Highly recommend Louie Giglio's "Indescribable" DVD [available in the CityLife bookshop]. It is an awe-inspiring message on the greatness of God and how we are significant to Him. We showed it at our LifeGroup and were blown away by the fact that the God who created the universe knows my name.
